experience at our parent company DASAN Networks.

From the xDSL era to the present, we have held industry-leading technical
expertise and know-how in most types of CPE products (including xDSL
Ethernet CPE, FTTx, Wi-Fi, RGW, OTT, STB, and FWA) and we have a deep
understanding of the technological growth process.

We possess outstanding capabilities in defining product specifications, designing,
developing, and optimizing products, ensuring product durability, optimizing costs,
and analyzing and resolving issues. These strengths have been recognized for
many years by numerous customers worldwide based on the technology and
experience we have accumulated.

DASAN Mobile clearly understands what needs to be done for the future.

The members of DASAN Mobile possess world-class technical expertise and
experience in their respective fields. In particular, we have a competitive advantage
in several areas such as technical analysis, forecasting of customer and marke
requirements, hardware and software development capabilities for product
optimization, the shortest possible development timelines, industry-leading low
failure rates, customization to deliver products optimized for customer environments,
rapid analysis and response when issues arise, best-in-class materials procurement
and production management, and post-production functional improvements and
design modifications.

The future technologies and products required will differ for each country and
each customer. DASAN Mobile will go beyond CPE products and evolve into
technologies such as V2X that can advance the IT ecosystem needed by
umanity, and we will turn those technologies into reality through our products.

DASAN Networks, the parent company of DASAN Mobile and the company
where most of our members have built their careers, has grown in the broadband
and mobile network equipment markets for over 30 years.

In particular, it possesses industry-leading technical expertise and know-how in
products based on L2 switching, L3 routing, and FTTx technologies. Building on
this foundation, DASAN Mobile is planning to expand its business into the data
center and computing markets.

AI will demand more hardware, as well as networking with higher bandwidth and
guaranteed reliability.

Moving beyond data center networking to edge computing, DASAN Mobile will
grow as a competitive player by delivering products optimized to meet market
demands and tailored to the needs of our customers.

The DASAN Group with over 30 years of experience, has developed and
supplied equipment worldwide based on technologies such as L2 switching,
L3 routing, clocking, FTTx, mobile transport (front-haul, mid-haul, and
back-haul), and copper solutions.

In the broadband sector, the group has developed and provided solutions
covering all generations from xDSL and L2/L3 switches to XGS-PON and
Wi-Fi 7. Building on this foundation, it has also supplied mobile transport
equipment (front-haul, mid-haul, and back-haul) for LTE and 5G networks.

Notably, DASAN was the first in the world to supply FTTx equipment for
macro mobile backhaul networks, later expanding this to 5G.

Additionally, it has supplied large-scale outdoor fronthaul devices capable of
simultaneously handling CPRI and eCPRI for 5G networks.

Over the past several decades, the DASAN Group has built strong technical
competitiveness by directly developing network hardware and precisely optimizing
software for that hardware. We firmly believe that this capability forms the
foundation for creating new value in the AI era.

In particular, the demand for intelligent networks and AI-based solutions is rapidly
increasing in sectors such as telecommunications, smart cities, and public
infrastructure.

This represents a strategic opportunity that we must both respond to and lead.

We view AI not merely as a technological shift but as a core pillar for future growth,
and we are focusing our efforts company-wide to pursue this vision.

The DASAN Group has achieved remarkable business expansion in the 5G era.

Having taken its first steps in the mobile network sector during the 4G era, the
group expanded into the Korean, Japanese, and European markets in the 5G era.

Rather than simply supplying transmission devices within mobile networks,
DASAN provided customized products optimized for MNO networks, contributing
to the success of its customers.

The group also developed and supplied various solutions applicable to front-haul,
mid-haul, and back-haul segments.

In addition, DASAN Mobile has released industry-leading high-performance
products in the FWA sector and has supplied large quantities of these products to
Japan.

Building on this experience, DASAN Mobile is preparing even more vigorously
for 6G.

The core driving force behind 6G is AI, which is one of the reasons DASAN Mobile
is focusing on AI.

Accordingly, DASAN Mobile is preparing to expand beyond transmission devices
for mobile networks to enter AI and NTN for the 6G era.
