Informant Protection Policy

Our report will be treated with the utmost discretion.
We will definitely restore the original state or offer compensation equivalent to it if you experience any disadvantages as a result of
the informant's identity being revealed.

  • Group personnel officers review and report on the informant's information to auditors, and strict confidentiality regulations are strictly adhered to.

  • With regard to the reported information, personnel officers and auditors are obligated to promise confidentiality.

  • If the informant faces any negative consequences from the report, we will rectify them or provide equivalent compensation.

  • Online communication channel system is secured by a reliable security system, anonymous reporting is allowed.
